Susan Siebert

Trainer/Owner

With over 30 years of providing personal training services, Susan Siebert has moved her life’s journey onto a new path with the opening of The Physical Forum, LLC. In 1988 she started her personal training business, Physical Forum, working primarily from Flex Gym and Aerobics Center on Culver Rd in Rochester, and traveling to clients’ homes. Susan became certified by The American Council on Exercise, (ACE), in 1994, followed by certifications from Mad Dogg Spinning in 1998, currently STAR 3 status; a second personal training certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, (AFAA) in 2001. Also in 2001 Susan became a Certified Instructor and Master Trainer for Fittrek Nordic Walking, which led to becoming a Continuing Education Provider for ACE and AFAA and International Presenter for Fittrek and P3 Fitness. “I find it very rewarding to introduce a new opportunity for those personal trainers that have been on their own in business, but under the control of, and subject to the whims of, gym owners. I have been my own boss even before I started in the fitness industry, so I know that there are some people that function better that way. I’m excited to present an alternative venue for personal trainers of kindred spirit. I invite you to visit The Physical Forum, LLC and decide for yourself if working from an exclusive facility and having the freedom to conduct your own business as is right for you.
