2012 Arrives With New Challenges

greeted with some moans, some laughs and alot of sweat! What types of exercises are there? Well, take a peek at what went on this week in class.......
Step-ups on the Bosu with tube press & leg lift was quite a balance challenge. Sounds simple you say? Perhaps you should try it!

After tageting the core with the plank/twist,
40 seconds on the Smith Machine doing push-ups stressed the core even more!
Following the push-ups was the leg press on the
Green Machine and then right into TRX
Burpees
(suspension training), another single leg balancing act!

hand touch to the floor with each jump.

overhead presses to activate the upperbody and
then drop to the floor and do Kettlebell Toe Touches to tweak the six pack!
